As a child, I often visited the care home where my parents worked. I saw people living with pain, illness and limitations they had never chosen, and I found myself asking a question that has stayed with me ever since:

What helps a person truly heal?

Later, my own experiences with serious illness and long periods in hospital gave that question a much deeper meaning. I discovered that healing is not always only about the physical body. Sometimes we need to be heard, understood and given the space to reconnect with ourselves.

That experience became the foundation of my work.

I qualified in Physiotherapy in 2006 and later trained in Sports & Remedial Massage in London. Since then, I have continued to explore the relationship between the body, emotions, mind and our inner world.

My training includes Craniosacral Therapy, Myoskeletal Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage, Inner Energy Healing and Emotional Codes Therapy, alongside my ongoing studies in Hypnotherapy at Erickson College and Kobido Japanese facial massage. I have also studied Huna for many years, which has influenced my understanding of the connection between our inner world, emotions and wellbeing.

In 2025, I gained accredited teaching qualifications with Complementary Health Professionals Ltd. This was an important milestone in my professional journey, allowing me not only to continue developing my own practice, but also to share my knowledge, experience and passion for complementary therapies with others.

My learning never really stops. I believe that a good therapist should remain curious, open and willing to grow. My next area of study will be Reflexology, continuing my exploration of different ways to support the body and the whole person.

Today, I don’t see the body as something separate from the person.

Every body has a story. Every person has a story.

My role is to create a safe, calm and deeply supportive space where we can listen to that story and work with what you need — whether that is physical release, emotional balance, deeper relaxation or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. Sometimes healing begins simply by giving yourself permission to pause.
